We are an online store that sells organic European baby formula to customers in the US - thanks for reading our job post!
We are building a customer support team from the ground up and have 2 openings for customer service representatives who will manage all communication with customers. We expect to hire 4 more customer service reps over the next 3 months, so if you join early there is a clear path to upwards mobility with our company. Customer support will be primarily via
1. Perfect written English, US grammar
2. Incredible positive attitude
3. Great time management skills
Preference will be give to:
- Mothers who have had a baby before. This is helpful because 90% of our customers are mothers, and many of them have basic questions about feeding their baby.
- Candidates who have worked in the food space or baby space before.
- Candidates who are able and willing to manage scheduling between customer service representatives.
The expected working hours 50% USA time, 50% PH time. A slight preference will be given to candidates who are able to work 100% USA hours. We use the ZenDesk ticketing system and our store uses Shopify. We are only interested in full-time job seekers who are looking for a long term position.
