Facebook Account Retriever

My Facebook advertising and business Accounts have been disabled. When I tried to add a new page for a Facebook Shop, I was told that I had the maximum number of assets and could not create more. I believe it is because some of these assets (Business Managers Ad accounts and Page) are not in use and should be deleted. This must be done very carefully by someone who has experience in retrieving Facebook Ac counts.
