FIX OPTIMIZE PRESS MEMBERSHIP PAGE

am creating a membership site and I need some serious help. I have to have this done by today 10/10/15.

I need to create a page that looks like the one I had on kajabi. (I will provide screenshots) I want also to have a free opt-in sales page, gives the new person a log in and password.

I have already created the banner, start here intro video (this will be different than kajabi because the video will be on the dashboard)

Also this has to integrate with my Aweber account. What you will do is just create the categories, lesson pages (sub categories) and side bar where I can put "vital tools for success." I really need this done soon please.

When you make the lessons just copy the title you see in the pictures, I will add videos, files and content to the lessons myself. Also the navigation categories where you only see the titles and not the drop down lessons, add 5 lessons per category with "dummy lessons"
