Experienced T-Shirt Designer for T Shirt Business (long term)

Hi future employee,

we are a young company located in Berlin Germany and sell T shirts on Amazon. Our innovative fashion Brand is a brand for a young generation who says what they think and that with a smile. For young urban people around the world. For people who live in different cultures. People who are open-minded to new experiences but don´t forget where they come from.

We are looking for you, a professional t-shirt designer with experience for a (long term) business. We need about 10 designs per week from you. And the designs must be hand drawn. I would like to increase the $ per design as soon as we are more profitable and the work meets our expectations. The format should be the common PNG and the file should not be bigger than 25 MB in total. The graphic for printing should be transparent as best as possible and suited for Merch by Amazon.
