Cold Caller for Real Estate

Need someone to make real estate cold calls. Will be hiring full-time if you are the right candidate. Must have prior experience in cold calling or sales and very good english.
Will need to:
Contact Owners to see if they are motivated to sell
Pre-qualify condition, property characteristics, asking price, reason to sell, etc
Set up appointments
Follow a specific script that will be provided
