Python Engineer

Role

We’re seeking an experienced, innovative, smart Developer to join our Client as a Python engineer. You’ll work closely with the Client founder and development leads to enhance our existing API connections and create new ones, as well build out new databases and complex data processing capabilities. Our setup requires collaborative work, includes code reviews and writing supporting documentation.

Ways you’ll make an impact
• Design products following coding standards and in accordance with Agile development methodology, tools and release processes
• Develop microservices in accordance to specifications
• Estimate level of effort during sprint planning, evaluate open source options of similar technologies, and offer suggestions
• Design and develop specifications and solutions with attention to system integration and data management.
• Solving complex data processing problems in a general and scalable way.
• Analysing and helping investigate issues with the large variety of customer data and third party APIs.
• Execute testing to improve the quality and reduce operational risk of the developed solution.
