JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to take our current Excel order form and make it a google sheet that retailers can access and would only be able to edit their information and order quantity. We would like for the retailer then to be able to submit this order form to us which would send them a copy of their order as well as email us a copy of the order and record the order in an order management system backend. We need the form/sheet to always be blank when a retailer opens the link and need to avoid the possibility that two retailers open the link at the same time and start editing each others order. We would like the order form to have the following columns: Item Name, Quantity, MSRP, Wholesale Price, Total (which would be the quantity * Wholesale Price). At the end it would show them the total price and would have a button or way they can submit the order form to us. We were looking at Google Sheets / Google Forms but would be open to JotForm or another solution if its better suited. Wish list we would love to allow retailers to see a small photo of the product and/or be able to click a link to see the product. We have the order form already made but there are about 100 corrections that need to be added, deleted or spelling adjustments. We would like to have this job be a set price and we would like for you to send us a small sample of how you would make this function in your response.
