We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be working collaboratively to generate content that will engage social communities across all platforms to surprise and delight our clients. The Social Media Manager will be leading campaigns from concept through execution and employ the creative best practices that will deliver results. You will understand how to represent the clients and the agency voice, switching between brands and platforms seamlessly in both B2B and B2C.

Deliverables:
You will manage daily postings to social media platforms for clients and the agency.
You will be responsible for managing and engaging social communities across multiple platforms in partnership with clients.
You will be an editorial and creative lead for integrated social media campaigns.
You will be utilizing social insights and analytics to help formulate effective social strategies.
You will provide quick project turn around while generating innovative ideas.
You will respond to comments and requests in a timely manner.
You will proactively identify opportunities based on trends and observations in the community.
You will build and foster relationships with influencers.
You will monitor social listening tools and provide insights to increase success.
You will deliver analytics-based reports and integrate into successful marketing actions.
You will collaborate with the content marketing team and clients to understand client's business and project needs and determine requirements.
You will identify and stay up to date on the latest industry trends, best practices, tools and technologies.
You will develop visual style and brand standards for the agency’s social initiatives.
You will maintain and manage all agency social properties, manage calendar and provide strategic insight to leverage agency assets.
Skills/Qualifications:
You have 3+ years of experience in developing content marketing and implementing social marketing strategies.
You have a post-secondary education in a related discipline such as social/digital media, advertising and or journalism.
You have experience creating graphic designs for social media posts.
You have the ability to adapt video concepts for differing social platforms.
You have proficiency with social media management tools, ads manager and Hootsuite or similar.
You have a successful track record of executing strategic social strategies, deploying successful program initiatives and providing analysis that translate into successful marketing actions.
You have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in-depth knowledge of social marketing channels.
Video editing background an asset.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate based on education, experience and qualifications.
