Responsibilities
Office Management
• Build, refine, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
• Conducting outgoing calls to clients and vendors, seeking information, resolving issues and setting appointments
• Oversee all contracts through closing
• Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
• Plan team and client events
• Meeting Prep
• Track and report numbers
• Act as the first point of contact including vendors and client interactions
• Responsible for coordinating activities related to listing activation and listing maintenance
• Home Value Reports
• Additional tasks as needed
Listing/Buyer Transaction Management:
• Perform all pre-listing admin responsibilities - appointment set to active on the market
• Perform all closed transaction responsibilities - closing to post-close management
• Perform all new buyer admin responsibilities - buyer appointment to offer accepted
Qualifications
• Must be proficient with English in speaking and writing
• Real Estate Experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Skilled with excel
• Concerned about doing things the right way
• Fast paced, calm under pressure
• Service-based attitude
• Proven ability to succeed
• Strong tech skills
• Self-motivated, positive, driven, polished, and friendly
• The ability to work calmly under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable with making and receiving phone calls
• Take ownership and manage transaction/project from start to finish
Hours:
Full Time
Monday - Friday 8 AM PST - 5 pm PST
