Kick Ass Office Manager

If you think you have what it takes to be a Kick Ass VA Office Manager then we want you. You will be handling both business and personal life.

Responsibilities include but not limited:
1. Manage Websites: Must be proficient in Word press, SEO, Google, Dropbox, Etc. We are currently bidding on websites that you will need to manage as well as ensure they are producing a monthly income. Any website that you maintain and is producing a monthly income you will receive a monthly commission from them separate from your monthly pay.
2. Build and maintain a blog.
3. Must have at least 2 years' experience building websites.
4. Organize and screen buyer and seller leads
5. Build and maintain real estate website
6. Organize and connect wholesalers with cash buyers
7. Manage multi email accounts
8. Manage go fund me account. Must not be afraid to get people to donate to the cause
9. Promote and advertise websites like there is no tomorrow
10. Coordinate all paperwork involved with both business and personal
11. Must understand non -- profit organization.
12. Manage multi websites that we are connect with both business and personal.
13. Bookkeeping
14. Must met deadline demands
15. Research data
16. Must be very proficient with Microsoft
17. Must be professional at all times.
18. Must be able to learn quickly on you own
19. Organization is your first name.
20. Must understand if we make money you make money. We strongly believe in raises and bonus when they are deserved.
