Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Lead Processor

Who We Are:
GoldSoil Realty Investments is a Land Investment Company based in Austin TX that buys, sells, wholesale and finances land to builders and individual land buyers.

Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR to join our customer acquisitions team.

Scope of Work:
You are expected to deliver results in the following areas:
Processing vacant land Leads including
Owner Name
Mailing Address
Property Size
Property Address
Property Coordinates
Property Parcel Map
And others

Using online platforms such as
CAD site
MapRight
And other Real Estate tools

Training will be provided.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Real Estate CRM tools in general is highly desired
RE experience is a HUGE PLUS
SKIP TRACING experience will come in handy
Capable of making outbound calls to sellers if need be.

To qualify for this job candidate should be able to meet the following requirements:
Work 8am - 5pm CT time. This is a FULL-TIME ---------- part-timers please
Have good communication skills both verbal and written
Have good internet connection working 99.99% of the time
Have a good computer or laptop
Willing to learn in a short period of time
