Hello Rockstar Podcast Booking Agents!

My name is Dana Lindahl and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Legendary Podcasts where we help our customers to get booked onto top podcasts, participate in podcast tours as well help them to produce their own podcasts. We are getting ready to scale our agency and need to build out more of our Podcast Booking Agent team.

Currently, we are seeking someone to help us facilitate our podcast bookings on behalf of our clients. You would be the point of communication between our clients and the hosts of the podcasts we are trying to book them onto.

ABOUT THE JOB

-Full-time (Monday - Friday) - during normal US business hours

-Fully Remote

-Open to Any Level Experience

-Salary between $500-$1200 per Month Depending on Experience

ABOUT YOU

-Must be able to communicate very clearly via text/email in English

-Must have strong attention to detail, as you’ll be scheduling people with hosts across multiple time zones

-Strong marketing experience is NOT required, although a basic understanding of internet marketing is – as you’ll need to be able to understand and determine where our clients fit best

-Must be able to work within a team and take and implement feedback

-Reliable

-Wants to grow and learn and improve

Typical Tasks in this Role

-Managing inboxes where hosts are responding back to our requests to place our clients

-Responding back to hosts with common questions about why our clients would be a good fit for their podcasts

-Determining if certain opportunities proposed by hosts are actually a good fit for our clients

-Informing our team if we notice we’re targeting the wrong types of podcasts in our research (and advising them what sort of podcasts would work better)

-Helping our research team with the overall strategy of their podcast research

-Working with hosts and our client’s schedules to create the actual bookings

-Keeping our records maintained when making new bookings and opportunities happen

I am happy to pay for quality as long as we get results. But looking for someone who will come in and demonstrate value first before asking for a huge salary.
