Till date, we have hired many talented people around the world…

Now, we are looking for 1 experienced art manager to join our team

As an art manager you will be responsible for coming out with artwork that is aligned to the copy and messaging of the ad campaign

Your goal is to create creatives that is eye catching and relevant and persuades the right type of prospects to sign up for our client’s services.

This is the main revenue driver for our client’s campaigns as our team have managed to 7x ROI across all our campaigns by creating ads that convert with facebook traffic.

As the art manager, you will be responsible for coming out with creative artwork ideas for clients’ campaigns on mostly facebook, staying on top of trends and being relevant to the target audience.

Since creative is known to be one of the backbone of whether our clients are able to get fantastic results with theircampaigns. Your position will play an important role in our team’s and client’s success




**HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU **

Although you will be working remotely ~90% of the time, you might be able to come down to Singapore or events overseas with us if the situation permits. So be prepared to hop on the plane, and travel with us

You’ll get to have access to world class entrepreneurs and help them scale their businesses. We manage budgets of up to 100k/mo for our clients’ campaigns

You will be working with us in Singapore and our international counterparts all around the work.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Work with other team qtmbers to generate award winning ads and creatives
- Understand client’s industry and audience so that you’ll be able to come out with relevant creatives
- Strategize to improve campaign’s performance and profitability
- Being able to research about competitors and how they are using creatives in their campaigns
- Be able to solve problems systematically with analytics and context
- Being teachable and having passion in coming out with ideas and learning about creatives
- Able to communicate effectively with team and clients on their ideas
