Project Manager for Digital Marketing Agency

As a marketing project manager, you are responsible for overseeing and leading our digital marketing agency’s daily operations, ensuring our team in the Philippines meets project deadlines, and reporting to our USA based Senior Project Manager. The bottom line function for this position is to work consistently to keep our agency running like a well oiled machine while keeping our clients happy.

We are a Full Service Internet Marketing agency based in the USA that helps roofing companies increase their sales via Search Engine Marketing (SEO & PPC), Social Media, & other online marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks and oversee team performance to meet client project deadlines
- Assess operational processes and work to consistently improve efficiency in operations
- Manage and track team performance while reporting to Senior Project Manager
- Be a fearless leader for our team in the Philippines

Required Key Skills:
- Written and verbal English Proficiency
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Technologically savvy and/or a willingness to adapt and learn quickly
- 2+ years experience in a project management role and/or with a marketing agency
- Advanced ability to multitask, manage and prioritize various tasks and tea ---------- mbers simultaneously
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Ensure that all tea ---------- mbers have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
- Ability to give constructive feedback to tea ---------- mbers
- Creative mindset
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Proactive personality to take initiative without instruction
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to delegate, set clear expectations and lead with authority

Digital Knowledge:
- Proficient use of a Project Management Software (We use ClickUp)
-Experienced in navigation and understanding basics of major internet advertising platforms including, but not limited to Google Ads, Google My Business, and Facebook Ads
-Experience with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Sheets and Docs)

Preferred Skills:
-Marketing agency experience
-Familiarity with different project management methodologies
-Web development & SEO knowledge

Pay & Hours:
This is a full time role
- 2 month trial period at 45,000 php to make sure you're the right fit
- Full time pay period of 60,000 php/ month once trial is over
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance

- You must be available during most of your local daytime hours to lead the team as well as 9-11am US Central Standard Time to be on our tea ---------- etings with the USA team.
