Property Specialist

* Promote Alveo Land properties through digital selling, manning and other effective strategies
* Provide site tours, showroom visits to potential buyers
* Consistent in sourcing out potential clients and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain client database
* Daily Sales Activity Reports
* Prepare and facilitate client presentations
* Participate in various sales and marketing initiatives
* Sell all projects of Alveo Land across the Philippines

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (Or at least minimum of 72 units in college)
* Preferably with Real Estate / Sales experience (Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters are very welcome)
* Highly Networked
* Excellent in inter-personal and communication skills
* Can work under pressure and has passion in selling
* Must be wiling to do field work / Booth Manning
* DIGITAL MARKETING READY (has own laptop and stable internet connection)
* On boarding requirements: NBI, BIR COR and OR, OTR, PRC and HLURB/DHSUD Accreditation
