US - Real Estate - Cold Caller

Description:
We are looking for a VA with experience in cold-calling homeowners - inquiring if they are interested in selling their house and/or receiving a cash offer. Ideal candidate is someone who has great communication skills, sounds friendly on the phone and have done a similar role for other real estate investors or real estate agents.

Core Responsibilities:
Must have a phone
Good service with your internet provider
This position requires you to work 9AM-5PM M-F (EST).
Great English speaking communication skill

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Podio
Propstream
Microsoft OneDrive
Google Drive
Excel

Job Duties:
Obtain a list of potential sellers using Propstream
Import into our data base Podio
Contact potential sellers
Schedule phone call with sellers and management department

Requirements:
Experience with Podio, Propstream, Zillow
Full time M-F 9am-5pm EST.
Proven record of commitment and professionalism in meeting the challenges and pressures of a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Focus and maintain attention to multiple tasks in a short time period, and complete work assignments within deadline demands, despite frequent interruptions
