Marketing Assistant

Coach, writer, and editor needs a part-time VA with great English skills and who is reliable. Potential for full-time.

Possible duties:

* Stay up-to-date with industry and social media news and trends

* Content marketing including content calendar creation, content creation, and content posting

* Set up automated email sequences using content we provide

* Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations

* Manage and update contact lists

* Prepare and organize CRM databases and reports

* Blog and/or newsletter formatting and/or writing

* Design landing pages for our launches

* Content research, creation, and editing

* Manage Facebook group including, but not limited to outreach, posting, and responding to comments

* SEO/ Keyword research

* Find guest post opportunities

* Track social media and/or web stats

* Identify possible clients by keeping an eye on our client groups

* Lead generation and prospecting

* Managing e-commerce, post products, and provide customer service for online sales

* Performs other duties as requested.
