This is Darko, I’m hiring on behalf of Dana.

My name is Dana Lindahl and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Legendary Podcasts where we help our customers to get booked onto top podcasts, participate in podcast tours as well help them to produce their own podcasts. To learn more about me (and get an idea about my values and whether we synergize with each other) please do some research and read online.

We are getting ready to scale our agency and need to build out more of our Podcast Research team.
The objective of the role is to identify relevant podcasts that we can then book for our clients.

So YOUR role will be to build relevant lists of podcasts for our clients.

This is a combination of research and list building. Our research team needs to search the web and find podcasts that fit the criteria as a good fit podcast, add it to our list and find the email address of the host.

ABOUT THE JOB
Full-time (Monday - Friday)
1am to 10am EST, flexible timing to fit you and the rest of the team
Fully Remote
Salary between $400 and $600 USD

ABOUT YOU
Super detail oriented
Great research skills coupled with common sense to determine the best outcome of your own work
Slight marketing familiarity (enough to make judgement calls if a podcast fits or not, this is NOT a marketing role)
Previous experience in similar jobs is highly desirable
Reliable
Initiative
Wants to grow and learn and improve

I am happy to pay for quality as long as we get results. But looking for someone who will come in and demonstrate value first before asking for a huge salary.
