Are you looking to assist the head of a real estate company with marketing strategy, implementation and other important responsibilities? We Sure hope that's you! We are looking to hire a full time Marketing Manager/Exec Assistant.

The role has multiple responsibilities. Some of them are creative. Some are analytical. They all require critical thinking. This is a fairly new role so it will be a growing experience for both of us.

Marketing Strategy
* Let's increase Brand Awareness
* Help us to establish ourselves as experts in our industry

CRM (Zoho)
* Enter names to Zoho CRM. If you have Zoho experience, please let us know!
* Email articles and campaigns
* Drip Campaign Creation and Management
* Scraping the web for email addresses

Marketing Social Media Posting
* Post to YouTube, LinkedIn, FB, etc.
* Respond to reviews online
* Go after weak competitor firms per plan (I’m a planner!)

Deals
* Scan resources for potential deals
* Follow up on leads for properties
* Request FOILs for DHCR
* do bid comparisons for projects

General
* Scheduling meetings
* US Networking Group

This role truly requires attention to detail. To be considered for the role:
