JOB OVERVIEW

Our US-based Credit Repair Company is looking for an experienced, organized and passionate Sales Manager who shall be responsible for managing all the sales efforts of the Sales department. This position defines and executes strategic plans, motivates the team to meet and even exceed target sales and ensures that the company provides exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients.

Main Responsibilities
--Achieves growth and hits sales targets by effectively managing the sales team
--Creates and communicates sales goals and ensures that the team is informed of its progress
--Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets
--Supervises and evaluates team performance and provides constructive feedback whenever necessary
--Builds and maintains long-lasting and strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their objectives and needs and enforcing quality standards
--Understands industry-specific trends and landscapes
--Effectively communicates value propositions through sales offer/proposal

--Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
--Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
--Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of credit repair services

--Understanding of how to position the services against competitors

Qualifications
--At least 2 years of sales experience as a Sales Manager or similar role preferably in a Credit Repair Company
--Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration
--Experience in sales is a must
--Must be flexible, diligent, organized, and possesses a high level of integrity
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--With stable main and back-up internet connections and power source

• Paid time off eligibility of 7 days (after 1 year in service)
• Paid holiday off (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, etc.)
