Reliable Illustrator needed asap for US startup

US-based company is looking to hire a reliable graphic illustrator to work on a project basis (possibility to work full-time).

The person we're looking for must:
- be honest and can work independently
- be proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Animation
- be able to illustrate games + welcome screens of the app
- specializing in flat illustrations
- have at least 1 year of related work experience
