Janitorial services cold caller + FULL Time + Long-Term + $10,280PHP/month + $8 Bonus for each walkthrough booking+Pay Increases+Paid time off after 6 months OR 180 work days worked......

You will be tasked with cold calling potential customers to sell them Janitorial Services & scheduling appointments…Must schedule and book 10-16 appointments monthly (minimum) with leads provided. Leads will be provided unless advised otherwise.

-Previous verifiable cold calling campaign experience A MUST!
-JANITORIAL or closely related industry experience such as: Cellphone service providers, solar, roofing, plumbing, medicare, real estate, insurance and similar related industries and campaigns.

Daily/Weekly Skype or Zoom call with our Senior Sales Representative

Requirements Also Include:
1. Own a personal computer or Laptop with good, fast, reliable internet service.
2. Own a personal smartphone.
3. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind.
4. Be able to work Monday through Friday USA, Pacific Standard Time 9:30am-5:30pm. Must be willing to work hours above with no restrictions. .
5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision.
6. Willing to install work monitoring software to ensure the quality of work and proper performance.
7. MUST make ---------- + cold calls per day MINUMUM!
8. Must take rejection well from potential clients.
9. Must take constructive criticism when needed.
