UI/UX Designer for SaaS product

We are looking for a passionate product designer who will join us as we continue building an awesome product that helps companies get their jobs done.

We are Cinderblock, a job management platform (B2B SaaS) which helps companies stay organized and provide their customers with great service!

We are looking for a product designer who has a great eye for UI design and wants to leave their mark on a product that is used and relied on every day.

Your Role:
You will work with the product owner and product manager, as we continue building on our product's existing design.

You will be involved in high-level discussions as we build new features and solve design challenges. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing the product's Figma file.

Requirements:
- 3+ years web design experience.
- 1+ UI design experience.
- Knowledgable of conventional UX practices.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Familiarity with agile processes.
- Great communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Tools we use:
- Figma to vizualize and prototype.
- Google Analytics to collect data.
- GitLab to track issues and maintain documentation.
- Slack, Google Meet to communicate.
- MS Paint to craft quality ---------- s

Time zone:
We are full remote team working primarily on the CEST time zone. The product owner is on EST, so some daily overlap (with EST) will be required.
