Website Designer Photoshop/HTML/CSS/Wordpress, Logos, Graphics

I am looking for someone to:

1) Design website layouts in photoshop
2) Be able to generate html/css from #1
3) Be able to create a Wordpress site from #2

The ability to create logos and other graphics is a plus. Some knowledge of flash is also beneficial. Knowledge of PHP a plus (Wordpress theme development/modification)
