Experienced Architect

Residential architectural firm with an opportunity to join our drafting team.

We're seeking a motivated individual with experience in architecture, engineering, construction. Preferably with some previous experience working with a California based firm as familiarity with local building codes would be a ---------- dividual would need to be able to handle all aspects of preparing construction documents as needed, from floor plans, sections, elevations, roof plans, site plans.

Ability to prepare 3D models in Revit or Autocad a plus.
Ability to assist with construction take-offs and price estimates based on plans a plus.
Must be detail-oriented and thorough with work.
We're looking for a long-term working relationship with flexibility.
