Virtual Assistant and Coach

Better, an innovative social impact organization that researches and develops methods to improve people's lives and society at large, is searching for a highly talented and multi-functional Virtual Assistant and Coach who will lead one of our major initiatives.

The Virtual Assistant and Coach should have solid English and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills as they are expected to provide accountability to Better's clients to help them achieve their goals. They should also have an aptitude for research and project creation because they will be doing research and experimenting with new protocols and techniques to increase the effectiveness of our program at helping clients be productive throughout the day and achieve their ---------- addition to running and improving the program, the Virtual Assistant and Coach will likely provide direct support to Better’s clients on their tasks as well as work on acquiring new clients for the program. The Virtual Assistant and Coach may also do research into high-impact, evidence based ways for Better’s clients and broader audience to improve their lives and work on other initiatives within Better.
