JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Assistant is a freelance position with the potential to increase in hours and complexity. The Sales Assistant is responsible for managing the Fremont Peak Capital customer relationship manager i.e., “CRM” which is KEAP.
The Sales Assistant should have experience with KEAP or another, similar CRM.
Weekly tasks are: importing and exporting data, researching sales leads, verifying sales leads, cleaning prospect lists, using Secretary of State Business Entity searches, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Google for research, creating email templates, creating and sending email campaigns, scheduling outreach tasks and supporting the Principals regarding sales efforts.
Attention to detail and consistency of data maintenance is important in this role. Data maintained in the CRM is used to communicate with prospects and customers via digital and analog methods and represents the company and its quality standards.
Good English skills are required since the Sales Assistant will be drafting templates and emails for an English-speaking audience. Minimum 2 years of university level education is required, and some experience is preferred but not required. Training on messaging, positioning, subject matter and audience will be provided.
This is a collaborative role working closely with the CEO to support the sales ---------- ndidates looking for a long-term relationship with an opportunity to grow into additional marketing roles eventually will be given priority.
