Customer Service/Chat Support

Experience Required:
-Highly experienced in written and verbal English communication for customer service.
-Proficient in using CRM and lead management.
-Proficient in Excel and Google Chrome
-Apple computer highly encouraged but not required

Main duties consist of:
-Importing spreadsheets of data into the system.
-Messaging customers in efforts to set appointments.
-Setting appointments through Calendly and??email
-Occasionally making calls to set appointments.
