JetWebinar is a fast-growing software company in the video conferencing space. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist our Executives in their day-to-day activities. They will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, correspondence, and phone calls.
We are looking for an assistant who:
Can work from 8 am - 4 pm Central Time Monday to Friday (with flexibility in those hours as needed)
Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable with the English language
Experience in managing calendars and organizing meetings
Acting as the ‘gatekeeper’ to the CEO and other Executives
Handling projects and following up on tasks with task owners
Preparation of reports and interpretation of data, conducting research, and summarizing that information
Create presentations
Taking notes on calls and assigning tasks as necessary
Book travel as necessary
Requirements
Past demonstrated experience in a Virtual Assistant role
Excellent time management skills
Some graphic design and video editing experience is nice to have
Is proficient in MS Office and Google Apps, Slack, Asana (and has the ability to quickly learn other tools)
Bookkeeping or Accounting skills
