We are an upcoming e-commerce company with a love for selling health & beauty products. We engage with customers on an emotional level by making creative content. We work together with people from all over the world and together we currently run online stores in multiple European countries. And we continue to grow. Therefore we are looking for a well experienced Customer Support Agent (English speaking).
The main responsibility of this job is to handle
Your responsibilities
- Answering customer
- Involving your manager when there are issues that cannot be solved on your own
Your goal
- MAIN KPI: Finish all the tickets of English customers within a workday
- Accomplish a customer Happiness rating of at least 70% on a monthly basis
What you bring
- Experience with providing support to customers on a daily basis (Especially advantageous if you have experience with Gorgias)
- Experience with working in an e-commerce business
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Actively searching for solutions
- A real eye for details
- Fluent English writing and speaking proficiency
- The possession of fast internet and a good phone
