Transportation Cold Caller

I'm looking for someone who can make cold calls from leads that I have, and successfully gather information from the company (i.e. if a broker is used, the amount of freight moved per week, requirements to move freight for the company, etc.) I would also need for you to do a followup email with an attachment, depending on the information received.
