Customer Service Representative

We sell use automobile parts. I am looking to change my sales process to one of mainly Virtual Assistants with more of a call center approach. You will answer or call back inbound calls. You will have to learn a good deal about interchange some car part terms to correctly find what the customer is needing. Then you will qualify which warranties they qualify for and give the customer all of the options. My next step will be expecting if they have text/ email to follow up with a quote and information either text or email. Eventually I do believe some people will reach out about their orders in written communication. Right now people only know about ordering via ---------- will be a lot to learn and will require a confidence level in speaking on the phone via English but is a long term position.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5PM Eastern Standard US time.

Pay is $3 an hour and is paid weekly via Payoneer. I only offer payment via Payoneer.
