Account coordinator experience in Promotional products

B-BAM! is a full service branded merchandise agency. We make swag and apparel people love! We are a small, growing company with a lot on our plate. We need a self starter with a great attitude. Be smart, flexible and have a good work ethic.What you will be doing on a day to day basis:

Assisting a sales executive with creating sales presentations, preparing estimates and following up with clients

- Responsible for processing orders quickly and accurately and working closely with vendors to assure on-time delivery.
- Resolving inventory or ordering issues with manufacturers. Tracking orders.
- provide after-sales support and remain in contact with our customers.
- Finding cool, new productsSkills you should possess: attention to detail, organizational abilities that will make your head spin, an ability to work independently, be smart, fun, and customer-focused.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite of products is a plus.
They will have to do estimates in QuickBooks so that would be helpful if they have used it
20 hours and will add if needed
