Overview:
The goal of this job is to enhance our brand while simultaneously generating new leads for the company. Our company is a consulting firm specifically for small law firm owners.
We believe we’ll accomplish this above goal by:
• Building strong online communities through our various social media platforms.
• Developing and administering content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between attorneys and our company.
• Collecting and reviewing social media data from each channel relative to new group members, new connections and new leads created to develop more effective campaigns through reporting and continued education.
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable reading and responding to professional messages in English.
• Main focus will be on finding generating new leads in LinkedIn - both organically and through paid ads
• Must have prior experience with using LinkedIn for marketing.
• Must know how to find and message our target market using Sales Navigator, respond to any messages, and create paid LinkedIn ads.
• Work can be completed at any time throughout the week, but we ask that you check messages at least once per day, Monday-Friday.
• Any meetings will be held in Eastern Standard Time (U.S. timezone), but we can be flexible with time.
Trial Period
• The initial trial period is ninety-days
• At the end of the trial period we will review
- Reports on data
- Company cost per lead
- Conversion from new leads to clients
- Cost per client acquisition
• A review of the compensation model
• If the independent contractor would like to continue
• If the company would like to extend the contract
Working Hours:
• This is an independent contractor position
• An independent contractor position must be signed prior to beginning working
• As an independent contractor, you may work hours you deem necessary to achieve the goals
• There is a maximum cap of ten hours per week for the trial period
LinkedIn:
• Work closely with the marketing team, develop campaigns that
- Generate new relevant 1st level connections
- Add members to our primary Entrepreneurial Attorney group
- Inspire connections and group members to opt in for educational material
- Inspire connections and group members to schedule a free 10-minute “do they qualify” consultation
• Work with marketing team to eliminate attorneys in practice areas we do not want to attract non-attorneys, and competitors
• Maintain a list of existing clients who should not be prospected to directly
• Monitor the company accounts, groups, connection requests, messages, etc. and offer constructive interaction with users
• Bring any communication which requires a response from Richard James to the marketing team
• Develop a library of replies to be used for repetitive questions
- To be stored in the company Google Drive account
• Use and manage communication automation software to create connections and engagement campaigns with potential leads
• Work with marketing team to create calendar of content release
• Ensure content is released to groups and connections according to schedule
• Record and import potential leads into our CRM using designated forms
• Research and create paid ads and sponsored messages
• Review, record, and accept connection requests
• Invest one hour each week in self-education on how to maximize LinkedIn to achieve or exceed company goals
- Provide suggestions to marketing team on improving performance based on what you learned
Lead Generation Goal: 12 leads per week (initial goal)
Continued Learning:
• Research how to best utilize social media, specifically for our industry (information marketing, coaching and consulting)
• Investigate how to better use our current resources as well as any other social media platforms we should start using
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to marketing and executive teams
Reporting:
• Monthly: Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer monthly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
• Weekly/Daily: Track leads, connections, messages, and posts in provided Google Sheets
Team Meetings:
• Meet with the marketing team lead according to a time agreeable to the marketing lead and the contractor

- Discoveries revealed during self-education
