Our sales coaching helps them to better nurture their prospect relationships, manage healthy pipelines that lead to more opportunities to win deals, and the how-to to close them.

Our team is growing! We are searching for energetic, talented, home-based Inside Sales Associates to help grow our reach into new and expanding markets. You will be the all-important administrative arm for our internal sales team! A true agent for productivity, you open the doors to new relationships and our sales team will nurture those relationships to close the deals – a true team effort! Our Benefits Include:
- Competitive monthly starting salary of Php28,000
- Performance-based annual bonus of Php120,000, paid throughout the calendar year in installments

You Will:
- Research online for new prospective companies, to grow the pipelines of the internal sales team
- Make outbound calls as necessary, to solidify contact details for companies researched
- Manage email campaigns for marketing outreach to prospects on behalf of sales team members
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects and our sales consultants
- Assist in managing pipelines, hot-listing contacts as appropriate for sales team members
- Lead nurturing calls to companies planning future office relocations, on behalf of clients
- Other client-facing special projects as assigned

You Have:
- At least (2) years prior sales experience
- Reliable Windows-based PC (Running Windows 10 or better)
- Strong, clear English communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable noise-canceling headsets for business calls
- A highly motivated, team-oriented, positive attitude
- Extremely goal-oriented with the ability to focus on the task at hand
- Ability to conduct professional and grammatically correct email communications
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; namely PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to quickly master internal tools housing customer account information
- Experience utilizing call center CRM tools a major plus
