Recruitment Assistant (Work from Home)

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant that can permanently work from home and help support professionals in finding talent to assess and place into their client's career roles.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Talent Sourcing
Applicant Screening and Assessment
Applicant Pipeline Management
Process Streamlining
Calendar Management
Recruitment Strategy Research
Job Boards Management

Desired Skills and Requirements:
1+ years experience as a Recruitment Assistant or Sourcing Assistant
100% remote work and should have a dedicated home office set-up - with a fast internet connection and power back-up
Strong English speaking and writing communication ability
Working knowledge of Google Docs/sheets/forms/presentations and add-ons for gForms.

Starting salary of Php15K per month + Commission of Php20K per successful hire + other incentives
13th month pay
Permanent WFH
