Recruitment Associate

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate that can permanently work from home and help support professionals in finding talent to assess and place into their client's career roles.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Talent Sourcing
Applicant Screening and Assessment
Applicant Pipeline Management
Process Streamlining
Calendar Management
Recruitment Strategy Research
Job Boards Management

Desired Skills and Requirements:
1+ years experience as a Recruitment Associate or Recruitment Consultant
100% remote work. Should have a dedicated home office set-up, with a fast internet connection and power back-up.
Strong English speaking and writing communication ability
Working knowledge of Google Docs/sheets/forms/presentations and add-ons for gForms.

Salary: 15,000 per month starting pay + Incentives of 20,000+ per month
(13th Month also paid by company)
