RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle many e-commerce daily tasks: inventory updates, product creation, , Customer Service, Returns Process.
- Key words optimizations
- ADS creation and optimization
- Making reports for the clients
- Filling

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of Amazon and other Big Box E-commerce retailer business processes and tools.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone customer service.
- Spanish and English - preferred.
