Sales Admin

Process orders via email or whatsapp
Issuing sales transaction ---------- eck data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Monday to Fridays (5 days per week)
12pm to 4pm (4 hours per day)

Experience with Xero Accounting System will be good
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
