Internal Auditor

A compliance consulting firm is seeking to hire an experienced Internal Auditor with thorough knowledge of auditing standards and procedures who will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Internal Auditor and can work following the Pacific time zone.

The ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable of US financial compliance and banking regulations. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Advanced computer skills in accounting software and database is a PLUS!

Details:

Position: Part-Time Internal Auditor
Compensation: $4/hr
Expected Hours: 15 hours a week
Schedule: Pacific Time Zone

JOB DUTIES:
- Financial Audit
- Internal control identification and testing
- Analyze and Interpret data - financial statements, financial documents, and other related records
- Prepare compliance reports
- Utilize and Interpret various audit, accounting, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to the Senior Internal Auditor
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Internal Auditor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Knowledge of US Financial Compliance and Banking Regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
