Social Media Manager

We are looking for a LONG-TERM and FULL-TIME Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will manage our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram and Facebook) and campaigns to build and engage our audience. The role will work closely with the ownership team to effectively strategize and iterate content that drives traffic and conversions targeting a young demographic. The ideal candidate will also have a ZEAL to help grow our business by developing, implementing and improving success-driven SEO strategies from scratch.

Responsibilities:

- Manage content calendar and posts (each weekday) to our social media channels (e.g., Instagram and Facebook). Content will be supported by our content creation team.
- Develops innovative content/messages and engages with our audience in groups and platforms.
- Also, may be asked to do other various tasks that are related to accounting/bookkeeping which will require basic knowledge in excel. Training will be provided for these tasks.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills. Ability to speak and write in English well.
- Proactive at managing projects, planning and organizing tasks, and attention to detail.
- Must have acceptable internet speed of at least 20mbps.
- Able to overlap a few hours each work day to MST working hours.
