Hi, we are a small business based in Australia looking for an Active Campaign, Kajabi, Thrive Cart builder and assistant for a contracted position during Australian business hours. We are in the Health and Wellness field and being interested in your own health and growth is a must!

This role will be contract work. You will be working closely with our Head of Marketing who will be your manager and a Project Manager.
You will be rostered onto a schedule that will be preset and will be weekdays and occasional weekend times (with weekdays off).

We're looking for ambitious and hard-working professionals able to work from home as a Customer Support VA who will be responsible for managing various customer issues - can be related to events schedules, billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support, social media replies, or inbound/outbound calls.

- Proficient Understanding and experience with Active Campaign (pre-requisite)
- Thrive Cart Experience (pre-requisite)
- Kajabi build and trouble shooting expertise (pre-requisite)
- Must be fluent in English - both written and oral
- Must be be proficient in Trello, Slack and Google Suite
- Understanding of ActiveCampaign is a plus
- Must have worked or have interest in health, fitness, and/or coaching
- At least 2yrs role experience

There is lots to organise in our business, the more ambitious you are and keen to learn tasks, the more work there will be for you to do. And you must be willing to be trained.
