Sales & Marketing for a exciting start-up company

I am located in the US and will be launching a start-up business in the Philippines.
Looking to hire a virtual assistant to work remotely who can assist me with researching leads, marketing initiatives, content writing, and is overall a good communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls for prospective clients and partners.

Requirements:
Must have a computer and a good internet connection.
Sales experience at least 1-3 years
