Sales Assistant- Construction

Howdy,

I am looking for a sales assistant to help takeover a big chunk of my marketing and business development. The main part of this job is understanding construction, what we are doing, and helping me with the various tasks.

I need somebody to takeover my fiverr, upwork, and other freelancing sites. The goal is to drive sales and create better profiles. Right now, it doesn't look great. This might include making fliers, marketing materials, etc.

I similarly need to just be making more marketing materials. I need really basic stuff, but it just takes alot of my time. I also have a website that is a bit stale. We could really use some repeat marketing to show off what we are doing. I don't like blogs, but just sharing what we are doing every month.

I'd even be open to someone doing follow-ups with clients and managing the sales approaches that we have. Emailing "how's it going" sometimes is enough to drive sales.

I'm paying $200/month for the flat rate, but I'll offer all kinds of commissions and incentives. I'd really be open to ballooning the salary if you can take this part of the job fro ---------- and do a great job. I've had 2-3 people in the past really do a poor job.
