Real estate Cold Caller

We're hiring two outbound cold callers! Join our small team of real estate professionals. One of our main goals is to help people sell their homes in the Pacific Northwest (Portland, Oregon, USA). If you speak great conversational English, have a positive attitude, are honest and fun, have a willingness to learn, and can follow through on your goals and expectations, you'll love being a part of this team. I'm the co-owner of our company and am looking for long-term workers that will work closely alongside me and the team. Working with us allows you to grow your skill set and get paid exponentially more as your success grows. Our first VA has been with us for almost a year and we are now needing to expand. As a company, we also have an admin VA that has been with us for nearly 10 years.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for anyone who speaks great English and who would love to work between the hours of 9am-5pm PST (we will need to have you start everyday at 9am. This will begin as part time work - 4 hours/day and go up from there, as you wish). You don't need to have experience with real estate - we can train you here. You must be a kind and fun person that will get along with the rest of the team and of course enjoy talking to strangers. You must have internet speed that exceeds 25mbps. Background noise must be limited, and if it is not, noise cancelling headphones are a requirement.

Lastly, compensation is paid out weekly through Wise. Hourly rates start at $4/hr. Bonuses are where the money is made. Hourly rates will go up as your goals are met.
