Honcho is an Australian technology business, operating multiple web based services. We founded online business registration services in Australia more than 12 years ago and we continue to grow our product and service offerings to meet customer needs. We have had a presence in the Philippines for 8 years.

We will be launching a retail product offering to the Australian business market and we are looking for an E-commerce Merchandise Manager. This is a chance for a talented online retail expert to really showcase their talents.

You will help us build and launch our new retail store (we have lots of experience in online, web development, sales, marketing, advertising, data analytics and customer service so you will be surrounded by great people to support you) and, once launched, your duties will extend into managing, overseeing and growing our new online retail arm.

The role includes sourcing great products, establishing profitable retail pricing structures, building email channel communications, customising specials and offers for special events (eg Halloween, Christmas etc.) and massaging our online presence to deliver quality products to customers while maintaining profitable yields.

The role will probably include daily monitoring of online analytics and internal data sources, getting leads from new online trends (eg. latest products in fashion), creation of promotional offers and competitive benchmarking. This exciting role will also include developing a content calendar and overseeing website uploads and landing pages development. You will work closely with Marketing, Technology and Customer Service teams to achieve the ---------- sum, this role has it all! Do you?

Candidates ideally will possess most, if not all, of the following
1. At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Preferably 3 years extensive experience in online merchandising, retailing and digital marketing
3. Proficient in developing and designing online marketing campaigns and database marketing
4. A solid background in digital marketing, ideally with an online retail store
5. Working experience with Drop shipping and Consignment will be highly regarded
6. Above average written and oral communication skills
7. Experience in using AutoPilot, MailChimp and other email marketing tools
8. Proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint, Canva and other similar platforms
9. Ability to analyze data and analytics and communicate actionable insights
10. Great interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work with cross functional and international teams
12. Ability to multi-task and manage overlapping projects
13. A can do attitude and not afraid to have a big picture vision but also roll up your sleeves and get buried into the nitty gritty. And,
