Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Anywhere with a strong internet connection and available in GMT hours)

Salary: $500 per month (Part time to begin with)

Note: Yearly bonus guaranteed based on overall team effort

PART 1: ABOUT THE COMPANY

We (Kurve) help tech businesses scale into hyper-growth with our digital marketing speciality. We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic operations specialist who is excited to help improve our internal processes and with data entry tasks. We have a range of clients from around the world (USA, UK, Europe) who come from a variety of industries including finance, saas, and ecommerce. You will be responsible for helping the media buyers, the director and copywriters to work as efficiently as possible.

You will be assessed on a variety of topics including improving google sheet formulas, saving time for all employees with day to day tasks, creating dashboards for senior management and helping with day to day marketing tasks.

PART 2: ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who fulfills the description below.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Project management: You need to be efficient with your time to ensure you can manage multiple tasks per week. You will be responsible for improving current SOPs and identifying blockers in the business that can be overcome. Therefore you need to be competent at managing tasks and staying on top of your workload.

Data Analysis: You will need to be well versed in data analytics, google sheet formulas, zapier, ifttt and able to quickly learn new automation ---------- addition you will need to be able to create datastudio reports and help media buyers analyse data to improve operations.

Experience in anything related to formula’s, queries and automation is a MUST.

PERSONAL SKILLS

Professional problem solver: 9/10 you will be responsible for helping the team improve operations from day to day tasks to complex problems. Your role is to identify, define and create new SOPs and report to the senior ---------- tail-oriented: As we are working on behalf of other businesses we have to make sure we are all working efficiently and optimally. Therefore you’ll need to be able to showcase the amount of time saved over the course of the month as this will help improve the growth rate of the company. You need to be careful, pay attention to detail, and able to concentrate even when pressure is ---------- dependence: There will be high expectations to produce high quality work however you won’t have someone over your shoulder 24/7 and will be given freedom to work in your own ---------- pendable: While working independently, can we trust you to hold yourself to high standards of work? EXPERIENCE

Some experience/familiarity with direct response advertising is preferred.
