Build a mobile app for our new website- Both Android and Ios

We are looking to develop a mobile app for our new website. It's a new concept to already existing model.


What we are looking for:
Build a mobile app in both android and ios application.

Concept:
* Huntable is a big site, with many features, but we are looking at building a mobile app for only job-related features.
* Users can customise what skills and location they need jobs
* These jobs will be sent to the user by push notification as soon as they are available in our database.

Say for eg:
Your skill: Developer
Your location: London, Delhi, Newyork, Sydney

You save this information. Whenever a job is posted in Huntable, matching these, we will send a notification to the user.

Interface:
Clean and simple UI. Jobs needs to swiped left and right as in Tinder.

What we need from you:
1. You should be able to design the App
2. Build the App in both Android and ios application
3. Build an API to interact with our database
4. Test the App for any bugs
5. Deliver

These functionalities are already working in our site. Please check these before bidding.
