DM Sales & Customer Service

The Role:
You will be in charge of answering Instagram DM's on one or more of our pages or client pages. This includes selling our infoproducts to potential buyers, answering general questions and customer service support.

This is a full-time position and you will be managing 1-3 pages at any given time. There will be on the job training but we do expect you to be a quick learner & fast decision-maker.

Responsibilities:
- Answering customer/buyer questions (specifically in regards to the online business niche and investing)
- Conversing with potential buyers in an engaging way that builds a conversation and connection
- Learn about our brand and be able to tell captivating stories about our brand to potential customers
- Following a written script and guided answers

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Google Drive, Sheets & Docs
- Experience with customer service and sales
- Experience with Instagram
