Webmaster/web developer who can do link wheel building, and build mini-nets

I am looking for someone Who can build websites on WordPress

I am looking for a developer to help me design and develop my websites.

you must also understand how to HTML coding, Php, CSS and to be able to learn fast because you will be trained to do other tasks outside web developing.

Someone who understands Link wheel Building, can build a Min-nets, understands web 2.0 marketing, Squidoo marketing and social media

All my sites are build in WordPress.

Please please do not respond to this post if you have no experience with web developing/ webpage design, mini-net, and link wheel building. I can train you on the other stuff but I cannot train you on web developing and i need someone who can start tomorrow.
